Wellbeing psychology is concerned with how people can do well, be well, feel well, and flourish over the long term. Your subjective wellbeing is the way you understand what this means to you and how you feel about your place in the world.
Wellness is an active process, it is a conscious, self-directed and continuous process of achieving full potentials as an individual that culminates in a more successful and fulfilling life. Wellness is directed towards a more positive and affirming life that takes into account multiple components, involving an individuals physical, social, spiritual and mental wellbeing, and their environment.
At Brain Care Health we will support you in understanding and learning about stressors, and explore sustained ways to improve how you think and feel about your life. We will assist you to discover your personal strengths and explore the values meaningful to you. Barriers to thriving will be navigated in sessions to develop a greater understanding of yourself, and the things that truly bring you joy and personal wellbeing.
