How do I make an Appointment?

Appointments can be made directly by contacting Brain Care Health via email.


Get in contact with us by sending an email to braincarehealth@gmail.com or complete the Enquiry Form on the Contact Us tab.  We aim to respond within two business days. 


Brain Care Health is unable to offer a crisis service. 


Consultations are by appointment only.  

Reach out to us and we will contact you to book an appointment.

Referrals

What days and times are available?

Sessions at Brain Care Health are by appointment only.

Please note: We do not offer appointments after hours or on the weekend. 

How long are psychology sessions?

You need to allow 70 - 80 minutes for your first psychology session. 

Appointments are approximately 50 minutes for each session after the initial consultation.  


Comprehensive neuropsychological assessments take approximately 2-3 hours to complete. This can be done over two sessions on separate days and can include breaks to ensure you feel comfortable.

What if I need to change an appointment?

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment and need to reschedule, please do so with at least 48 hours notice so that we are able to offer the appointment to someone else.


Please note:  Cancellation fees apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment or you do not turn up for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy during business hours of 9am to 5pm weekdays.

If cancellations are received with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged at 50% of the standard consultation fee.* 

If you fail to attend an appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.* 


*This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment and is an out-of-pocket expense (cannot be claimed through medicare or other funding provider). 

What if I am uncertain this service is right for me?

We encourage you to discuss your psychology needs and concerns with us directly.  

If our service is not the right fit, we may be able to suggest other options.  

We can also assist with referring you to another service if we feel this is better suited to meet your health care needs. 


Brain Care Health is not a crisis service.
